MCLE Workshop given by Advanced Micro Resource

A seminar and workshop was given by Advanced Micro Resource on March 31, 2015 for the California State Bar Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Provider to the Kern County Public Defender’s Office, in front of approximately 75 lawyers.

“A Goldmine of Hidden Evidence: Computer & Cell phone Forensics” covered how information from computers and cell phones can be recovered to be used as evidence in a courtroom. Topics expended on included how specific electronic surveillance discover and software removal tools, and how these elements can impact a case, followed by testimonials and a question and answer session.

The goal of the workshop was to inform participants of how a better understanding of digital evidence can be used to maximize case results.
