PRESERVATION AND LITIGATION SUPPORT
Early preservation may reduce the loss of relevant information through normal device use, synchronization, retention policies, or account changes. AMR can conduct a targeted examination, correlate timelines, review an opposing production, prepare consultation notes, and—when authorized by counsel—provide formal reporting or expert testimony. Work may be coordinated through counsel to support confidentiality and appropriate work-product controls.
IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS
Digital artifacts must be interpreted in context. Results depend on lawful access, available sources, retention, encryption, application behavior, device condition, and data quality. Technical findings may support, contradict, or leave questions unresolved. They do not by themselves establish who used a device, intent, ownership, credibility, fitness for custody, or any legal conclusion.
